At E E Pro Designs, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of creative services, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• A refund is requested before any design work begins

• We fail to deliver your initial concept within the promised timeline

2. No Refunds Provided If:

• You’ve received the initial design concepts

• You’ve approved a concept or requested revisions

• The project was delayed due to lack of client response

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if no final files have been delivered and work was not fully completed.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before we start working on the designs. If canceled after work has started, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the work completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
